Bridgette is the new Sustainability Engineering Manager for Yum! Brands located in Louisville, where she will report directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer.  In her new role she will provide effective leadership to define and develop strategy, standards and support systems for Sustainable Supply Chain.  She will also lead Global Sustainable Supply Chain programs across all Operating Division, brands and building prototypes across Yum! Brands.  Support World Class Operations Industrial Engineering Projects to support Global Standards and Implementation.  Her role also includes providing centralized content management and database repository for global partners which include Yum! Brands, Yum! Restaurants International (YRI), Yum China, all global Franchisees and Suppliers.

Bridgette has over 10 years experience in Program and Operations Management. She holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Florida A&M University and a MBA in Strategy and Leadership from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
