September 26, 2011 – LOS ANGELES  On Saturday, October 29, 2011, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., the Los Angeles Chapter of The National Black MBA Association (LABMBAA) will host their Annual Scholarship and Recognition Brunch  which recognizes the chapter’s leadership, partners and scholarship recipients.  Philanthropist  and entrepreneur Bernard Kinsey will be the event's keynote speaker. Tickets for the event are $40 and can be purchased online at http://annualscholarshipbrunch.eventbrite.com. All proceeds will benefit the organization’s mission to identify and increase the pool of Black talent in business public, private and non-profit. The chapter provides thousands of dollars in annual scholarships to deserving undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students pursing careers in business.

Brands located in Louisville, where she will report directly to the Chief Sustainability Officer.  In her new role she will provide effective leadership to define and develop strategy, standards and support systems for Sustainable Supply Chain.

Greetings members, partners and guests!  The L.A. Chapter continues to be one of the largest and most active chapters in the country!  We have already hosted eleven events the first half of the year, and plan to provide many more during the 2nd half of 2011!
