Chapter President

Lynn is currently the Strategic Client Director at GE Healthcare responsible for marketing and sales of General Electric Healthcare products and services portfolio.  Previously she held the position of Operations Manager for the Cedars Sinai Health Systems Medical Group, responsible for the overall operations and research proceedings for several physician practices including Plastic Surgery and General Surgery.  Cedars-Sinai Health Systems is a world-renowned hospital and medical center, with a Medical Group that has been rated one of California’s top performing physicians’ organizations for the past four years by the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA). She has over 25 years of experience in nearly every type of healthcare setting across the continuum.  Fifteen of these years have been in healthcare management. Lynn has managed large multi-state operations as well as small work groups, and has had the privilege of managing at several well-respected, world-renowned healthcare organizations such as Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles and Medco Health Systems, one of the largest biotech pharmaceuticals distributors in the country. 

Lynn is an alumnus of California State University, Long Beach, where she received her BS in Nursing.  She received her MBA from Loyola Marymount University. Lynn is currently the President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Black MBA Association.  She has been a member of the Los Angeles Chapter for 12 years.  During that time she progressed from volunteering at selected events each year, to serving as Membership Chairperson for four years, VP Operations for two years, and now serves President, for the past 2 years.  She recently served as Co-Chairperson for the NBMBAA National Conference and Career Expo, which brought over 12,000 Black professionals to the Los Angeles area.  She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and the proud mother of two adult children and a grandson.
