The National Black MBA Association Los Angeles Chapter (NBMBAALA) is a nonprofit public benefit corporation, incorporated in 1998 as a 501c3 under the laws of the State of California. Organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for charitable purposes, the specific purpose of the organization is to enhance and promote business professional skills development, educational opportunities and business development within the Black community.
