The Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT)® program empowers young visionaries intellectually and financially to create a world where diversity and inclusion are fundamental to their values. The LOT program is a comprehensive programmatic approach to providing leadership and educational training and development for high school students. The LOT program offers participants academic resources, practical knowledge, and hands-on opportunities, including workshops, mentoring, scholarships, and internships. The LOT program is an instructive and engaging program designed to encourage students to realize their full potential.
Our Mission
The mission of the LOT program is to engage high school students in meaningful activities and leadership experiences. The LOT program develops students' ability to navigate complex life situations by participating in monthly skill-building sessions and workshops. The program consists of online and in-person sessions focused on the four pillars: Leadership, College Readiness, Career Preparation, and Financial Literacy.
Our LOT program uses a team approach that involves dedicated advisors and volunteers to facilitate sessions and draws upon the unique perspective of guest speakers to provide a wide range of personal experiences across industries.

Our LOT Directors are instrumental in bringing new and innovative programming to LOT, challenging our students to reach outside their comfort zones and excel. We are proud that 100% of our LOT graduates have enrolled in college!
