Leadership

Foster fundamental leadership skills and provide opportunities to practice and refine these skills.

College Readiness

Prepare students for higher education with tips, test prep and on-campus experiences.

Financial Literacy

Instill financial responsibility through financial literacy workshops presenting relatable, real-world examples.

Career Exploration

Expose students to potential career paths through mentorship opportunities and offering real-world experiences through company tours.

We offer additional benefits, including:

New Opportunities

Leaders are exposed to different cultures, career fields, numerous colleges, and ways of thinking to learn how to prepare for and create opportunities.

Financial, Moral Support

Mentors and benefactors support students throughout their entire academic career and beyond to ensure they stay motivated to accomplish their goals.

Academic Success

Students are encouraged to tackle challenges regardless of their socio-economic circumstances or other barriers that might hold them back.
