Leadership Summit

Hosted by the NBMBAA’s National Headquarters, the Annual LOT Leadership Summit is a culminating event for the Leaders of Tomorrow® program. 

It is a 4-day youth leadership training summit that provides participants with opportunities to enhance leadership skills, discuss career choices with industry professionals, and receive networking opportunities with successful corporate, civic and academic professionals.
